Penetrating trauma through the platysma should NOT be explored in the ED, Any/all helmets must be removed while maintaining C-Spine immobilization, blunt injury to maxillofacial area are C-Spine injury until proven otherwis, absence of neurological deficit or pain does NOT rule-out C-Spine injury
