When you are uncertain about requirements for your major , you should consult an Academic Advisor.

You may withdraw from a class any time prior to the withdrawal deadline published in the college calendar.

Grades can be witheld by the college for unpaid parking tickets.

Students are not expected to uphold the Academic Honor Code.

AA degree is designed for students who plan to complete the first 2 years at Chipola and then transfer to a university.

Students must carry their ID card with them at all times while on campus.

Students must present a current Chipola ID to check out materials in the library.

Students can use their personal email addresses/accounts to communicate with instructors.

Academic Pathways that outline specific requirements for many majors are available through the Chipola College website.

To be classified as a full-time student in the Fall or Spring terms, a student must take at least 12 hours.

After logging in to the my.chipola.edu portal, students can view their Course Needs for their degree.

To withdraw from a course or courses, a student must complete a hard copy form in the Admissions Office.

A student's unofficial transcript can be viewed on his/her my.chipola.edu portal.

In order to earn an Associate in Arts (AA) degree, students must maintain at least a 1.5 GPA.

Students are permitted to enroll in the same college prep or college course a maximum of 3 times.

Students are NOT required to complete the Academic Honor Code in online courses in Canvas.

A student has 15 working days from the date a grade posts in CANVAS to appeal or begin the grade grievance procedure.

To earn an AA degree, students must successfully complete 60 hours.

You can register online if you have completed 12 hours or LESS.

Student Photo ID cards can be purchased in the Foundation Office.
