Which of the following is not one of the three branches of the nervous system

The pH of an acid perm falls between

When the switch of a device is off, it is what kind of circuit

Which of the following vessels carry blood away from the heart

This type of science deals with all matter that was once living

These join in chains to form proteins

On the pH scale, what is considered neutral

Chief sensory nerve fo the face

This offers the most protection of grounding

This artery supplies blood to the knee joint area

This is not one of the 3 main parts of an atom

Which is not a primary component of the nervous system

Basic substances that cannot be broken down further into simpler substances

These blood cells fight bacteria and invaders of the body

This is the use of a specific current for therapeutic benefit of the skin

Which of the following muscles circles the eye area and closes the eyelids

A material that allows electricity to flow through it freely is

This reusable built in safety device breaks the flow of current when an overload occurs

A unit of electrical strength is

This has more negative hydroxide ions

This is know as the chief motor nerve of the face

How much electricity flows per second

This system includes lymph nodes and lymph vessels

Muscles effected by massage are generally manipulated

These take information away from the nerve cell

Which of the following is not a function of the blood

Extends alongside of neck from ear to collarbone; causes head to move from side to side, up and down

This type of bonding is not important for a hairdresser

This is the largest nerve of the face

This produces a direct current

A unit of electrical resistance

This has a + on the pH scale

These are responsible for clotting the blood

A current in which electrons flow in just one direction

This state of matter has a definite weight and volume but no definite shape

These carry messages from the brain to muscles and glands
