Why does the Torah begin with the creation narrative and not the first mitzvah given to the JEwish people?
- To prove that the land of Israel belongs to God and He gave it to the Jews
- Stories are more interesting than mitzvot
- The Torah needs to tell the story of all of mankind
- It makes the Torah more interesting
