Major vs. Minor

Took ear buds from XX and said they were his own. Mrs. SS called dad and asked if they had two sets of earbuds.

Playing color tag, and got upset with XXXX who tagged him. Pushed and shoved the girl who tagged him.

Threatens another student

Asking special education student academic questions they would not know the answer to and laughing at them.

Noticed another students' skirt was falling down as she was jumping. He reached out and tugged it down

Loudly talking with other students while I was giving directions to the class.

Smashed another students lego creation while they were walking up the stairs.

 left the room during reading rotations. He proceeded to run upstairs past the office and tried to enter the library

hit -------- with his backpack, "because she was taking too long to get out of my way."

She was throwing her pencil, clipboard, and paper. She was also yelling, crying, and screaming. Kicked walls, doors, etc

Told other students that a new student had the Coronavirus

Pulled X down to the cement by yanking her ponytail continuously, then drug her across the cement by her ponytail

------ told ------when at home she tells her mom to bring her mashed potatoes or she will poop all over herself. 

Threw a pencil across the room. When asked why he said "It wasn't anybodies at my table so I threw it."

Wanted student's playground ball and punched them in the face

When entered the classroom, he walked over to XX who was silently reading at his desk and yanked on his hood

Using children's allergy nasal spray during class without the office/nurse knowing. It was removed and sent home.

Disrespectful to a student sitting in front of her.  Continued making comments under breath after being redirected.

On way up from Club66, ____ elbowed _____ because she thought ____had eavesdropped on her. The girls talked it out.

Talking in class and not following directions when asked later to use the bathroom he did not come back to class

took crayons, twisted the crayon out and broke it off. When asked about it, lied and insisted it was another student's

Taking pictures of another student and airdropping to others

Using other apps besides IXL when IXL work is late (after several redirections were given)

Told student that she wished he was dead as soon as he sat down next to her.
