PLC review MDSS

It gave me the potential to explore new models such as the top down processes model.

My 3rd grade, when she started with me her reading level was at KN. With hard work, she scored at a 2nd grade level.

I loved working with Mrs. T on the lessons. She is very insightful and creative. Mrs. T made it fun for the students.

I feel like every day is a success story. Every Day I learn something new.

Christina said, "I binge watch all my favorite TV shows."

Ray said, "I'm a huge Star Wars fan!"

Dave said, "When under pressure, I can really do wonders. This year I thrived above and really amaze myself."

Working with a student who wanted to throw in the towel and quit. We conveyed the importance of finishing school.

My greatest Co-worker collaboration success story was learning how to do the new SAPs with Michelle.

Understanding how to use Close Reading has helped my students better understand the importance of key pieces.

My greatest co-worker collaboration during MDSS was being able to work with my in center co-worker Ray.

Deanna said, "I've touched a piece of the Titanic hull!"

I disliked my first and middle name when I was growing up. I tried changing them secretly, but it didn't work.

Being able to strengthen my skills in teaching literacy to my students and my growth in confidence is my success story.

Digging deeper with my 10th grader with an IEP with the Novel Night. I learned many new strategies that excited me.

Alex said, "I’m very sensitive and I have a big heart."

DeShawna said, "I had success with a high school/2nd year student of mine. High Schoolers are a challenge for me."

My elementary students liked the trivia & word activities that were used to help them remember the lessons they learned.

I successfully created appointment plans with students that came in all at once and we had a great group collaboration

Justin said, "I like pineapple on pizza."

I personally learned a lot from Kimberly, I learned how to change double entry journals for high school students.

My 5th graders, having a daily collaboration motivated students to read the book. One parent sent thanks.

The greatest success story I have had in collaboration was when Alex and I completed our appointment plan quickly

Veronica said, "I own a cockatiel farm. Someday I hope to retire and have my own animal farm."

Being able to help Justin learn the ropes around here and offering advice.

Just being able to bounce ideas off of one another; we all learned a new language ... MDSS
