Colons and semi-colons

Our playground has lots of things: a slide, a roundabout and swings.

Jonas had Maths, which he loved; History, his favourite and then English.

You need several things for the trip: a rucksack. a clipboard: and some paper.

The robber; grabbed his bag and ran away.

Jake hated the film: Helena thought it was brilliant.

Enzo was crying: in the kitchenhe had burnt the dinner again.

I'm so tired: I didn't sleep last night.

I saw three tiny ginger cats; two dogs, both with broken legs; and a long haired rabbit.
