Commas!

The opposing team whose name I forgot was also covered in mud.

We were lucky that he was so prepared since no one else had an umbrella.

The wild screaming fans helped us rebound after those set-backs during the game.

However not everyone was able to attend.

I suspect this will continue to happen until all soccer games are played on indoor fields.

The team’s dirty white uniforms all needed a good washing when we got home.

The goalie who will attend college on a soccer scholarship next year was also key to oursuccess

Fortunately our team benefitted the most from their calls.

After our team won the championship we all went out for pizza to celebrate

This is just part of what happens when you play soccer while it is raining outside.

The man who had an umbrella was particularly helpful when the trainers were checking everyone.

Andrew and Susan the referees gave out many yellow and red cards during the game.

The player who performed the best was awarded MVP.

Most of the players will be on the team again next year and we are hopeful to repeat the win.

In fact we had three members of our team who were taken off the field with injuries.

This was not our first time at state finals but was the first time we won the championship.

Although we had several injuries we were grateful that there were not more.

The injuries resulted in a competitive aggressive game

We were excited to win the soccer game since we had practiced so much.

The best team in the state the Friars will continue to dominate.
