Why did Pierre de Coubertin, creator of the five Olympic Rings, use the colours blue, yellow, black, green and red?
- Rings were white but his kids coloured them in with crayons and he approved
- He drew them while looking at the different coloured-plants in his garden
- He was colour-blind so he just chose them randomly
- To incorporate at least 1 colour from the flag of each competing country
